First time here to meet friends. Lovely atmosphere and excellent carvery.

Went as a group for lunch. We all chose something different and all cleared our plates. Food was delicious and plentiful. The service was impeccable, with a smile and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended. Will definitely visit again 😊

Had a roast here and it was tasty. Been back since for a drink. I find it overpriced to the point it ruined my experience. Being a local pub you would hope it was reasonably priced. I don't expect it to be as cheap as spoons but I did not expect it to be quite as expensive. I will have to find another put as my local. Shame as it has nice outdoor seating and events.

Been to this pub a few times and the stuff has always been welcoming. The bar member Michelle was lovely and very chatty, and served us with a smile. The food was absolutely amazing, never had a problem. The owners Gail' and Steve were so nice and welcoming with us, was able to bring my child and he was able to play outside in the play area, very safe and homely place.

Deb's and Drummer boy Jimmy had a lovely carvery on Bank holiday Sunday. Lovely food, great staff and friendly atmosphere. Always a pleasure to visit.

Great pub, very smart, but slightly higher priced than other pubs, great outdoor spaces great to watch sports or just chill,

My friend and I went for a meal for our birthdays it was horrible no presentation slapped on the plate . Tasted dreadful . The girl looked nothing like a waitress dancing behind the bar chatting with the boy cooking . There was no offer of desserts or more drinks . The girl was rude at the till asking what did we want . Will we return ….. not in a million years nothing professional about the place!!

Asked for pork and beef at the carvery as usual, had to ask for the pork again, so server took a slice of beef off my plate as apparently there's a quota...nothing like good customer service...at that wasn't..

We took our 10yrs old grandson as a treat. The food was amazing , tasty and hot the staff were very friendly only slight negative my hubby and grandson commented on the condition of the men’s toilets. I mentioned it to a member of staff and they went off to sort it.
