Just had physio with Isla this evening. When I left I felt like crying as it was such a relief for someone to listen to me about how my body felt. 🙂

One of the best in the area without a doubt. After seeing 5 other physios for a wrist problem that has plagued me on and off for 3 years, Isla is the only one who has taken the time to find the underlying cause. (And succeeded) As a professional pianist, my career means everything to me so not being able to play properly was beyond devastating. I’ve had various physics try all sorts of exercise but Isla has managed to find the root cause and has not only got me practically pain free again, but has saved one of my greatest joys in life - my career. Isla has outstanding knowledge and her professionalism / attitude and personality is absolutely golden. ( and her prices are also very competitive too. ) I cannot thank her enough!!!
