Emma was absolutely amazing at helping us after there was nowhere willing to take us from torpoint to maker camp site...she went above and beyond, she deserves a pay rise!

Got a taxi from the wilcove inn to torpoint at 09.30 am £5 got one reverse journey 19.20 pm £8 just not right that he said it was because it was after 19.00 pm what difference should that make i think i have been ripped off because we are tourist try to avoid this firm

The most reliable but unreliable Taxi service I know of. Sometimes you can get a taxi in 5mins other times they just quote you a figure and the taxi never arrives.

Polite staff and usually able to provide transport when you need it. Even took a taxi to Poole!

Ordered a taxi last minute. Taxi arrived promptly. Would use again.

Taxi was ordered 24 hours in advance and arrived on time. The driver came to the front door to announce his arrival instead of waiting anonymously outside. He assisted in carrying and loading bags. Destination was Plymouth Coach Station and the fare was agreed at the time of booking. All in all a very good service which we will use again.

Ordered a taxi from a Wedding venue back to the Torpoint ferry port. Originally the trip was only going to be 5 minutes but the driver was happy to take us further as it was on the way back anyway. Additionally, the driver was willing to do it for the same price which saved us money.

Ordered a taxi. He said he would be 15 mins. Rang again after 25 mins and he said he thought he had picked us up even we were stood at the pickup point the whole time and he had a name. Then said he was on another job and couldn't help. Ended up being an hour late once id made other arrangements. Not great. Perhaps abit of local competition would add some professionalism to this firm
